About this task
The purpose of this task is to change the selections for playback and recording. Initially, AvayaLive™ Engage chooses the default operating system selections for audio playback and recording. However, you can also specify an audio playback or recording device of your choice.
AvayaLive™ Engage displays a dialog box to configure the audio devices of the application.
-
You must be logged into the AvayaLive™ Engage environment before you press F3.
-
While you have the audio configuration dialog box displayed, you cannot move within the AvayaLive™ Engage environment, use the AvayaLive™ Engage chat system or change your mute status. To do any of these things, you must first close the dialog box.
